“The Intellego Chenin Blanc is the very first wine that was made under the Intellego label and these grapes are from a vineyard in the South of the Swartland. The label is a picture I took of an abandoned workers house next to the vineyard. These workers contribute massively to the vineyards and work been done there.” Total production 2400 Bottles Alc : 11.5% pH: 3.23 TA: 7.04 g/L

Dry farm lands - no irrigation. Nature Wine
In the cellar
Whole bunch pressed and fermented on the gross lees in old 500L French oak barrels. Racked before bottling and a small part of sulphur added before being bottled. The wine sits on the lees for 11 months and no batonage done. The wine completed malolactic fermentation.
