Pale gold in colour with vibrant green tinge. Lemon blossom and mandarin notes combine on the nose, while a touch of brioche hints at barrel fermentation. Lively acidity and lemon zest add zip to the palate after which white peach lead into a generously round mid palate. The finish is taut and crisp leaving one with a clean, mineral lift. White gold in colour. Cape fynbos, cardamom spice, lemongrass, white pepper and khakibos (citrus oil floral note) on first swirl. Crushed shell, a dusty earthiness, stone-like minerality and notes of pear, white flowers and gooseberry follow on the nose. Delicate entry, creamy on the mid-palate. Citrus-like acidity showing tangerine, orange-marmalade, fresh macadamias with just a hint of tannin from the skins and a pithy, saline finish. Alc: 13.5%, RS: 0.14g/100mL, pH: 3.39, TA: 5.16g/L

A beautiful delicacy on the nose with aromas of black cherries, dried cranberrys, herbs as well as a hint of crushed rose petal. The Shiraz lends some meaty nuances and peppery spice to the blend while the Cinsault is responsible for the wonderfully fragrant aromatics. The palate is fleshy yet supple with a good density of fruit. The tannins are crunchy & persistent due to the whole bunch portion. The wine delivers immediate drinking pleasure but will gain in complexity with further cellaring. Optimum drinking: 2021 – 2028 (16° C). A beautiful deep dark colour. Complex nose with different layers of black fruits and red fruits with hints of earthiness. Slight hint of black peppercorns. Good bold structure with soft ripe tannins and a good balance of wood, acid and fruit give this wine a long lingering finish   Alc: 14.5% TA: 5.6 g/l RS: 0.23g/100ml

Keermont Syrah 2017 has a bright red colour with a lighter hue. The bouquet is explosive with spicy red fruit and notes of sandalwood, tea leaf, cloves, and orange rind. The wine has a dry, gentle entry onto the palate, and opens up with cherry and raspberry flavours complimented by savoury spice and a black pepper note. A gentle, but tight tannin structure and good natural acid keep the flavours focussed into a tidy succulent finish. Drink 2022-2032 Alc: 14.0% pH: 3.55 TA: 5.11 g/L RS: 0.124g/100mL

A tremendous deep, rich ruby colour in the glass. The wine shows an intricate and vibrant bouquet of aromas that jump out: blackberry compote, cassis, black plums, tobacco leaf and Christmas fruit cake. Gorgeous medium-bodied wine with ripe red fruits on the palette followed by an elegant tannin structure. Ageing potential of 8-10 years. Alc: 14% TA: 5.65 g/L pH: 3.63 RS: 3.07 g/L
