How it works

Step 1

 

Browse our webstore or producers pages to find the right fit for you. We sell wines in cases of six (of one wine type). If you’d like some variation try one of our ready-made themed boxes. Add to Cart. Choose payment and delivery method. Complete the transaction.

Step 2

 

Once you have completed the transaction you will receive an automated notification email from us with more details on the rest of the process. However, to keep it short here;

  • You will receive an sms from the transport company when we book your delivery. In the sms will be a link that allows you to control certain aspects of the delivery i.e. delivery date, contact number (in the event that someone else will receive for you) etc.
  • The wine will then be packed and start its journey to you! It takes around 3-5 days from the first sms for the wine to be delivered
  • Once the wine is ready for delivery, the transport company will contact you again to confirm the delivery date. You are able to change your delivery date from the link in the second sms received.

If you for some reason have any problems you can contact Customer support to adjust any details on the order.

Refund and returns policy

 

We are able to process refunds up until the wine leaves our warehouse. After then, we will accept returns up to seven days after delivery. Returns will only be accepted in the condition received (i.e. unopened both wine and boxes). Returns will be refunded less the delivery cost.
